Each user may hold only one active btpro account. Duplicate accounts — including those created to circumvent a self-exclusion or bonus restriction — will be closed and associated funds may be voided in accordance with these Terms.
All btpro bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. btpro reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotional offer.

By accessing the btpro Platform, creating an account, or using any btpro Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the btpro Platform.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and btpro in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. These Terms are available in English only; btpro does not warrant the accuracy of any translation.
To register and use the btpro Platform, you must:
btpro reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or closure of your btpro account.
Each user may maintain only one active account on btpro. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your btpro account details with any third party. btpro will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify btpro immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or use of your account. You agree to log out of your btpro account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. btpro recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available to all registered Pakistani users.
All financial transactions on btpro are conducted in PKR. btpro supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Additional payment methods may be available and are displayed within your btpro account dashboard.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the btpro Platform. These limits may vary by payment method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
btpro processes withdrawals within the timeframes specified in the cashier section. Processing times may be affected by banking procedures, verification requirements, or factors outside btpro's control. btpro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including JazzCash or Easypaisa.
btpro reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals above specified thresholds. This may include requests for source-of-funds documentation in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
All bets and wagers placed on btpro are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or casino game as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between specific game or market rules and these general Terms, the specific rules shall prevail.
btpro reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict any bet or wager where there is reasonable evidence of:

btpro offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates. These terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these general Terms.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance. btpro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinating bet placement to artificially satisfy wagering requirements — is prohibited and will result in account closure.
btpro is committed to responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we provide the following tools to all registered users:
btpro actively monitors user behaviour for signs of problem gambling and may proactively apply responsible gaming measures, including account restrictions, where warranted. btpro does not target its marketing at users who have self-excluded or who have requested marketing opt-outs.
You must not use the btpro Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
btpro reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation and, where unlawful conduct is identified, may be reported to relevant authorities.
All content on the btpro Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game code, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of btpro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any btpro content without express prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btpro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. btpro's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that user in the preceding 30 days.
btpro does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
btpro collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with btpro, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. btpro will not sell your personal data to third parties.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the btpro Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to btpro's operating jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary and that it is their responsibility to comply with applicable local laws.
btpro reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the btpro Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
